1. Information We Collect

To provide a seamless learning experience, we may collect the following information:

- Account Information: Name, email address, and profile details provided during registration.

- Financial Data: While we do not store credit card numbers directly, we track your In-App Wallet balance and transaction history.

- Usage Data: Information on how you interact with the music courses and app features.

2. Wallet System & Payments

Our app utilizes a virtual wallet system for purchasing courses and accessing premium features.

- Recharges: All wallet top-ups are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase.

- Third-Party Processing: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and verify purchase tokens. Your payment information (credit card/bank details) is handled securely by Google and Apple; we do not have access to your raw payment method data.

- Consumption: The app tracks the deduction of wallet credits when you unlock courses or specific features.

3. Advertising & Analytics (Google AdMob)

Our app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or iOS IDFA), IP address, and app usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. 4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

- Manage your student account and track course progress.

- Maintain an accurate balance in your virtual wallet.

- Provide customer support and technical troubleshooting.

- Ensure compliance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies regarding digital goods.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with:

- RevenueCat: To validate your purchases and manage your wallet entitlements.

- Google Play Services & Apple App Store: To facilitate secure transactions.

- Google AdMob: To deliver advertisements within the app.

- Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your information as long as your account is active. 

- Account & Data Deletion Request: If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data, please send an email to inderjeetsinghpbi@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days. Please note that deleting your account will result in the loss of any remaining Wallet Balance, as these are non-refundable digital goods.

7. iOS App Tracking Transparency (Apple Users)

On Apple iOS devices, the app may request permission to track your activity for personalized advertising via Google AdMob. You can enable or disable this permission anytime in your iOS Device Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

Prince Music Academy does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent and aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
